Epona's Equine

Rescue and Sanctuary

For many years I have rescued horses in Lake County and the surrounding area. I rehabilitate them and give them a chance to be adopted out. In the best scenario they find good homes. In some cases they are not adoptable due to health issues and they become sanctuary horses. Sanctuary horses are increasing lately. They are beautiful creatures, that would make great pasture pets. However, being that they are horses, they require a lot of money to keep healthy.
Throughout the years I have done camp and fundraising events to help fund my passion. I push forward when the financial burden increases, sacrificing other things to be able to provide a place for these magical creatures to land.

SaddleSOAR Kid's Camp

I offer kid's camp during the summer. The cost is 250. per week. it includes Horses, games, Crafts, swimming etc. All money supports the horses. Birthday parties are $250, for up to 10 kid's. paypal.me/soul2soulequine

Equine Therapy

I offer Equine Therapy here at the ranch. This includes strong bonding with the horses, positive encouragement and quiet riding time in the arena. $35. per session.

Sponsorships /Volunteers

Epona's Equine appreciates all sponsors and volunteers. Sponsors can choose a horse on the ranch and pay a monthly amount to help support it. If you can't afford sponsorship, I always need help grooming and loving the horses, mucking stalls, and basic ranch help. paypal.me/soul2soulequine

Beau

Lipizzaner/ Friesen Gelding

Beau is a beautiful grey gelding that is our camp Unicorn. He has Equine Asthma so is only suitable for light riding. He is everyone's favorite!

Emery

Rescue

Emery is our newest surrender horse. Her approximate dob is 2007. She is under vet care and needs more tests and gorceries to determine adoptability.

Spartan

rescue

Spartan came to us as a stallion. After gelding and time in the Teen Training Program he is now a great little pony. However, he is exhibiting some issues and needs vet testing,

Winchester

Rescue/ Teen Training Program

I got Winchester for the Teen Training Program. He came to the ranch with a lot of aggression and anxiety. He has made leaps and bounds with the help of Lucia and Bailey. We would like to have him vetted to rule out crypt orchid or other issues.

Sorry, registration has ended.

Come wish the horses a Merry Christmas while enjoying some ranch time. Santa will be here for pics. Donations appreciatedRead More
